Schedule your mail-in repair by filling out our online form. You can choose to ship your device yourself or let us send you a prepaid box and label to make it easier.
Once we receive your device, our technicians will run a full diagnostic to identify the problem. We will then send you a repair quote. If you approve, the diagnostic fee will be applied toward the cost of the repair.
After the repair is approved, we’ll fix your device with high-quality parts and expert care. Once complete, we’ll securely ship your device back to you, good as new.

The time required depends on the type of repair. Most repairs are completed within 3-7 business days after receiving your device.
We accept a variety of devices for mail-in repair, including cell phones, laptops, tablets, gaming consoles, desktops, and storage devices.
The cost varies depending on the device and the type of repair needed. There is a $99 diagnostic fee, which is credited towards the final repair cost if you proceed.
If you decide not to go forward with the repair after diagnosis, we will return your device and cover up to $30 of the shipping cost.
The $99 diagnostic fee is non-refundable but will be applied to the cost of your repair if you choose to proceed.
Once repairs are completed, we will securely ship your device back to you. The cost for return shipping will be included in your repair estimate.
